Abstract Submissions Closing Soon

Oral and Poster submissions are extended to April 3.

Submission Process

All abstracts must be submitted online. You must have a conference account to submit your abstract. If you attended IEPA in the past (or submitted an abstract), your free conference account is still active.

1. Please log-in with your email address.

  • IEPA Conference Accounts are NOT CONNECTED to your IEPA Membership number. If you have NEVER attended IEPA, please Create a Conference Account here.
2. Verify your account profile.We use your account profile for registration, printing and program details. Please make sure your contact information is current for the 2018 conference.
3. Make your submission. Follow the instructions within your account to submit a Symposium, Oral or Poster abstract. You may update, modify, change or cancel your abstract within your account at any time until the abstract deadline.

The last day to submit an oral or poster abstract for presentation at the meeting is 3rd April 2018.

Award Nominations Now Being Accepted

Larry J. Seidman Award for Outstanding Mentorship

Nomination deadline: 15th April 2018
The IEPA Board seeks nominations from IEPA members for this new award established in memory of Dr. Larry Seidman, an internationally leading clinical scientist in the field of mental health research and the early intervention paradigm. He was not only dedicated to discovery and the implementation of new knowledge, but also had a rare gift for mentorship of colleagues at all stages of seniority and transcending professional boundaries. Larry enhanced the careers of many people working in the early intervention field before his untimely death in 2017.

Angelo Cocchi Award 2018

Nomination deadline: 1st April 2018

The IEPA 11 Angelo Cocchi Award will be given to an individual (chosen by the IEPA membership) who has made a significant contribution to the study or implementation of fidelity to an evidence-based model of early intervention for youth with psychosis.

Future Leaders Awards

Nomination deadline: 23rd March 2018

IEPA wishes to encourage early career researchers and clinicians to continue to work in the field of early intervention. To coincide with our international conference, we have made available two awards.

Eligible applicants will have completed their most recent degree (masters, PhD, MD, MBBS, nursing qualification, DClinPsych, etc.), post-doctoral fellowship, residency training or clinical fellowship within the last 5 years. The awards are aimed at those who have not yet reached a senior clinical or academic role.
