  • Please use this form to submit information about an early intervention service you would like listed on our website. If you offer services in multiple locations, please submit each service separately. Each submission will be reviewed by the IEPA office before publication.
    The main criteria for acceptance are:
    - The service is specifically focussed on providing comprehensive evidence-based early intervention
    - The service is Not for Profit e.g funded primarily by government, charity or philanthropic institutions
    - The service is targeted to young people and/or adults aged 12 years and over
    - Unfortunately we are unable to list services that are considered to be a private business or commercial enterprise
